A dutch carpenter Johan Huibers,is about completing his wooden boat of three years, having spent more than £1.03 million.
The dutch carpenter plans on sailing the boat to thames for the Olympics.The boat which was nicknamed johan's ark is a replica of noah's ark in the bible.The boat which can shelter 1,500 people also has in it life-size plastic animals of different species.
The ark is docked in the western city of Dordrecht, where Mr Huibers, the owner of a construction company, pieced it together with the help of some friends and two of his children.
