U.S. President Barack Obama delivered a blistering victory speech to a cheering crowd of supporters in Chicago early Wednesday morning after winning another four years in the White House. He promised them that "The best is yet to come".
“I believe we can build on the progress we've made and continue to fight for new jobs and new opportunities and new security for the middle class,” Obama said.
Obama defeated Republican challenger Mitt Romney. Despite needing 270 votes to win, he secured the 290 votes as against Romney's 190 . He won Ohio.
